Hubbell Premise Wiring offers its AV Ceiling Enclosure that is designed for Power, Data and active AV devices in the ceiling. The enclosures integrate AV distribution, data connections and power in one location, providing a direct connection to a projector or a display device. The enclosure comes with 2 - Hubbell 20A duplex receptacles and a 2-gang Raco box for installation convenience on the job site. An additional AV/data kit can be added or customized to address all connector, mounting and patching needs, reducing multiple pieces on site.

Lunera Lighting has released a new damp rated, industrial version of its 2200 Series LED fixture designed for parking garage environments. The modular, easy to install parking garage luminaire has seen strong interest because of the fast payback realized from the energy savings, lower maintenance costs and improved security it delivers. The tough, low profile 2200 2’x2’ LED fixture is dry/damp rated and equipped with an industrial surface mount kit.

Legrand/Pass & Seymour announced its powerful Dual Technology Wall Switch Sensors, designed to provide optimum energy management and control for a variety of commercial applications. Ideal for small offices, executive suites, conference rooms and break rooms, the Dual Technology Wall Switch Sensors offer the choice of automatic ON or manual ON operation. The combination of passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic technologies provides high sensitivity to small and large movements along with wide, dense detection. PIR technology detects infrared energy from a human body in motion, while the ultrasonic technology spreads coverage over a wider area and picks up smaller movements to time the ON/OFF function more efficiently.

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation announced the expansion of its LITHIUM- ION system with the new M12™ Cordless Fork Meter. Providing current measurement, voltage measurement, voltage detection and task lighting, the 2207-21 is a four-in-one True-RMS electrical tester for professional residential, commercial and industrial applications. “With a wide 0.63” jaw opening, 200 Amps, and a voltage range to 1000 volts AC/DC, the M12™ Cordless Fork Meter is one of the most versatile tools on the market,” said Jonathan Morrow, Director Marketing Product Management-Test & Measurement for Milwaukee Electric Tool Company. “Whether working in a residential or industrial environment, this added functionality allows the user to utilize the tool in a wider variety of applications.”

Universal Lighting Technologies announced it is partnering with Vossloh- Schwabe to bring eHID ballasts into the Universal family of products. Electronic High Intensity Discharge (eHID) ballasts can significantly reduce energy use and monthly operating costs in a broad range of applications such as warehouses, big-box retail stores, factories, manufacturing facilities, schools, and parking lots. The Vossloh-Schwabe line of eHID ballasts from Universal Lighting Technologies are ideal for metal halide lamps ranging from 20 to 400 watts, with energy savings up to 17 percent compared to magnetic HID ballasts.

Cooper Bussmann® announced that the newly expanded 400 amp-rated main and new 125Vdc rating now offered in its Quik- Spec Coordination Panelboard (QSCP), provides greater application flexibility while simplifying selective coordination. Configurations up to 600Vac/400A/ 200kA SCCR or 125Vdc/400A/100kA SCCR make the QSCP ideal for power distribution as well as utility and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) circuits. For hazardous locations, a new optional Class 1, Division 2 housing has also been developed. Cooper Bussmann matches critical loads to the right level of protection by introducing more ampacity selections in its fusible panelboard.
