Legrand/Cablofil announced that its labor
saving splice is now available in 316L
stainless steel.
EDRNIN 316L allows installers to splice
wire mesh tray twice as fast as compared to a
bolted splice. A special assembly tool makes
installation easy and one tool is included
with every package of splices. The EDRN
splice utilizes a patented stable grip edge
that snaps in place between the upper wires
of Cablofil tray, forming a secure splice. For
tray widths of 8” and less, only two EDRN’s
are required for each splice. For larger tray
widths, one or two additional splices are
required on the bottom of the tray. EDRNIN 316L is designed for use in
corrosive environments such as industrial
plants, exterior applications, oil refineries,
marinas and oil drilling platforms.
